    SUMMARY:    Responsible for managing and directing portfolio account growth and overseeing our day to day delivery of sales and excellent customer service.  Build and develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders within the assigned portfolio account.

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Sales, marketing and existing customer growth strategies measured through an annual quota and performance plan.
    • Internal customer advocate within AUSS. Works directly with Project Management, GM, Senior Sales Director and other personnel within AUSS to ensure responsive, accurate and timely delivery of proposals, service response, programming and installations.
    • Oversight, development and scheduling of Quarterly Business Review’s with the customer and AUSS personnel and presenting the report data.
    • Annual budget reviews with customer to ensure annual budgets for upgrades and system expansion.
    • Work directly with product manufacturers to ensure both AUSS and client standards are met and exceeded. Recommend products and services to meet customers growing need for technology development.  System and service expansion through relational sales efforts.
    • Weekly sales pipeline updates, quarterly business plan reviews, sales and opportunity forecasting and areas of proposed portfolio account expansion.

     

    • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners to research and develop new products and services for portfolio accounts.
    • Actively develops and maintains relationships within our portfolio accounts to effectively develop and deliver sales and marketing strategies.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:  To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or experience required.  Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

    • Required, minimum of five years as a sales professional with account management responsibilities. Preferred, a bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business management.  Seven years of industry related experience a plus.
    • Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
    • Must be highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology.
    • Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion. Must have proven ability to maintain correspondence, discussions and materials in strictest confidence.  Must be able to work overtime as needed.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization while functioning as a team player.
    • Current state driver’s license, clean driving record (no points in prior 3 years), minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
    • Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
