    Job Description

    Description:

    Company accepts payments from clients via client checks, electronic transactions (ach/wires), and credit cards. Individual is responsible for providing support and administrative functions related to processing and the application of client receipts to client open invoices and problem resolution for any unapplied cash items.

     

    Essential Functions:

    • Receive and prepare daily incoming client and vendor checks to corporate for over-the-counter deposit and/or overnight to company lockbox. Post transactions to company financial platform.
    • Complete various requests to AR Box including client refunds, client statement requests, client vendor forms, Accounts Receivable offset requests, etc. per customer request within company financial platform
    • Perform data entry as needed for functions such as Credit Card Fee Allocation, AR Box tracker, etc.
    • Responsible for scanning department output documents and organizing related electronic files
    • Compile remittance detail for electronic funds transfers (EFT) payments including obtaining all necessary back-up from various data sources and keying related information into a spreadsheet for import to company financial platform
    • Copy department output documents as needed, perform clerical duties and maintain organized hard copy files where required
    • Accuracy and quality of work is paramount
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
    • Ability to deal with internal and external customers
    • Good computer and process improvement skills.
    • Competence with Microsoft Office products
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Dependability with attendance and with task completion
