    Job Description

    The Creative Coordinator (CC) role will support product development, produce and manage multimedia branding materials, and manage projects from inception to maturity, as assigned, for a global security team.  This position supports multiple security divisions, with projects sourced from a variety of teams. The position is full-time, contracted, and located in downtown Seattle.


    The Coordinator will:


    • Work with, craft, and develop best practices and project-by-project assets for the wider security team
    • Develop multimedia materials for branding communication within the organization, enhancing team briefings, presentations, products, and print materials
    • Collaborate with technical teams to script creative projects and both internal and external-facing webpages
    • Clearly communicate vision, plans, and project status to management and key technical/business stakeholders
    • Work with team members to debrief, improve, and document processes
    • Manage project tasks based on departmental priorities to meet corporate security and/or wider corporate needs, considering project deadlines, objective deadlines, the circulation of comprehensive product plans, and vital checkpoints in the project
    • Track metrics on project performance to analyze the successful completion and impact of short- and long-term goals
    • Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross functional-project teams and program stakeholders.


    A coordinator candidate should have:


    • At least two (2) years working in a creative development capacity, including web-design, photography, graphic design, or digital arts
    • At least one (1) year working in an individual capacity, managing individual projects and goals
    • Must be a master/whiz at Sharepoint design and development
    • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a related field
    • Proficiency with Windows-based computers, the Adobe Creative Suite (or similar programs), Microsoft Publisher and Outlook
    • Project management (PMP = fantastic)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work independently and within a team, and exemplary critical thinking, analytical skills, and judgment
    • Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Comfortable with ambiguity; must be able to pace
    • Preferable additional qualifications:
      • Familiarity with intelligence analysis, tools, and tradecraft 
      • Previous work producing email-based messaging, templates, and .pdf documents
      • Familiarity with Tableau
