    Job Description

    PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answer external/internal client calls and direct them to appropriate department
    • Dispatch appropriate resources for emergency calls
    • Initiate work orders or incident reports
    • Process door alarm signals
    • Assist with system or process testing as needed
    • Escalate unresolved customer issues to management, as appropriate
    • Provide back-up support to Security Intervention Specialists
    • Perform other duties as assigned by their Supervisor and/or Manager

     

    WORKING SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE:

     

    All positions are Full time:  11:00p - 7:00a (must be able to work weekends)

     

    2 Week Training Schedule:  Monday – Friday 9:30a – 5:30p 

     

    Pay: $15.00/hour

     

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2+ years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment and/or monitoring center
    • Demonstrate a high level of respect, commitment to diversity and integrity
    • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
    • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
    • Must be able to multi-task
    • Ability to navigate quickly and effectively between multiple systems and Microsoft office applications.
    • Type at least 40 WPM, including numbers proficiency
    • Must successfully pass our Background and Drug Screen
