Job Description

The NEST Supervisor position oversees personnel engaged in carrying out EHS and GMP training, proctoring training, photo identification, access badging and documentation of the aforementioned, but not exclusively.  The position provides first line leadership to the NEST staff and performs other duties as assigned.


The NEST Supervisor will normally perform these functions under the supervision of the respective GNE program manager(s), but will also be expected to act without such supervision when Security Systems needs require it.


As necessary, the NEST Supervisor provides emergency response services with the mission of protecting personnel, meeting regulatory requirements and speeding the recovery of business operations due to fire, medical, hazardous material and other safety related emergencies including large scale disasters.




  • Supervises assigned Allied Universal personnel in alignment with expectations of the GNE Manager
  • Manages the schedule of the assigned personnel, monitors their activities and assesses performance.
  • Maintains and manages records relating to all NEST business process.
  • Conducts meetings with personnel as needed to enhance NEST working environment and improve performance of the NEST personnel
  • Provide metrics on NEST data or general report upon request by the GNE program manager
  • Oversees the handling of response to calls for assistance and addresses concerns.
  • Liaisons with the senior security management to identify needs and issues relative to NEST and other supervisory duties as assigned.
  • Maintains current knowledge of, and ensures NEST compliance with, all applicable policies, procedures, regulations and laws.
  • Is familiar with and if necessary will perform all the duties of those they supervisor.

  • Possesses a general knowledge of security systems and equipment
  • Possesses basic computer skills necessary for the input of data, writing of security reports, or other computer-related knowledge required by the specific duties of the position
