Job Description

Allied Universal is currently seeking a Manager of Mobile Technology that will be responsible for national mobile device fulfillment, enablement and replacement lifecycles.  The position will be based in Allied Universal’s Corporate West Office in Santa Ana, CA. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee mobile device fulfillment, enablement and replacement lifecycle
  • Negotiate contracts with providers and carriers
  • Manage data overages and large data pools across multiple mobile providers
  • Manage mobile expense management, calculate costs, run rates, etc.
  • Demonstrate superior knowledge of telecommunications equipment and software as well as emerging industry trends
  • Manage vendor and service provider relationships
  • Document architecture, implementation plans, and support procedures

  • College Degree in the field of business management and 3 years of work experience
  • Strong Accounting background for mobile expense management, calculating costs, run rates, etc.
  • Ability to react quickly to a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills with commitment to customer service
  • Experience in managing and owning telecommunications technologies
  • Strong managerial, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Must display initiative, ability to work independently and be able to use extensive independent judgment
  • Strong leadership skills with commitment to customer service
  • Excellent verbal  and  written  communication  skills  required  with  the  ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization while functioning as a team player.
