The HR Transaction Processing Specialist is responsible for processing employee maintenance requests from the local district office, human resources and/or operations managers company-wide. This includes, but is not limited to, duties related to maintaining accurate employee data within the company’s ERP platform, WinTeam. The incumbent must maintain a high level of confidentiality and compliance with respect to compensation, and other employee data. Additionally, this position will provide vacation benefits support to all company employees by responding to employees via email, telephone calls and an internal workflow system.
