Job Description


We are currently seeking a skilled administrative professional for a support opportunity in within our National Accounts division. This National Accounts Project Manager will provide internal invoicing, auditing and other administrative expertise for clients in the national accounts division. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of the following forms: AIS, COS, final check requests, invoice adjustment, payroll discrepancy, client billback forms, benefits billing and reconciliation
  • Development and Implementation of Customer and AU metrics and KPI’s
  • Reconcile benefits, vacation and training billbacks
  • Accounts Receivable problem solving and collections
  • Create billbacks on any accounts payables in the same period that accounts payables were submitted
  • Portfolio Budget Income Statement and General Ledger review
  • Coordination of accurate scheduling for National Account customers
  • Ability to analyze discrepancies and identify the root cause; then partner with operations to prevent future reoccurances

This position is based in Detroit, MI, and reports to the National Accounts Vice President - Operations. The position may require up to 35% domestic travel to client locations as well as other Allied Universal offices when necessary.


  • Four degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role/environment
  • 3+ years of security industry experience a plus


Other Requirements or Competencies:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

  • Thorough knowledge and experience with the use of quality and/or continuous improvement tools, techniques, practices
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment and to help identify and solve problems
  • Ability to get along with other employees and follow directions
  • Ability to conform to complex procedures, spreadsheets, presentations, web page development, etc.
  • Ability to deal with internal and external customers and to ensure compliance with contract deliverables and perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely, courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information and data
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and to work evenings, weekends and holidays as requested or required
  • May travel nationally as requested including overnight stays when required
