Allied Universal® Technology Services is seeking a Project Superintendent. The Project Superintendent will manage all phases of low-voltage system deployment—including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire and integrated security solutions—from planning and resource coordination to on-site supervision and final commissioning. This also includes a strong commitment to fostering team collaboration, enforcing safety protocols, and upholding the company’s reputation for excellence in security technology services. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors and technicians in collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines 
• Assist in budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts, while obtaining permits or approval of revisions  
• Ability to navigate between multiple job sites, ensuring all deficiencies have been identified and corrected, while updating the Project Manager on the project status 
• Responsible for weekly meetings, site-walks, escalation of issues to Project Manager, issue notices of non-compliance, maintain records and daily log of activity 
• Coordinate inspections, verifications, tests, and other contractual requirements with client. 
• Maintain strong client relationships by delivering responsive, solution-oriented customer service and ensuring operational excellence across all assigned sites 
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols by conducting regular site inspections, enforcing compliance with regulations, and addressing deficiencies to maintain a safe and high-performing work environment 

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

• High school diploma or equivalent  
• Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events) 
• Minimum of three (3) years of construction, electronic security, or utility sector experience, including installation, service, technician, or project management backgrounds 
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics to guide the accurate installation and integration of electronic security systems. 
• Advanced knowledge of working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint) 
• Effective leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, as well as manage delivery timeframes and meeting deadlines 
• Adheres to safety requirements and guidelines, taking appropriate action when needed, ensuring equipment and materials are used properly 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

• Ability to manage a project scope of $1Million or larger 
• Knowledge of managing RFIs or contract requirements 
• Manufacturer certifications, pertaining to access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire 
• Certifications in OSHA 10/30
