Job Description

Allied Universal® Technology Services, an Allied Universal® Company, is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead a nationally dispersed team of Enterprise Account Managers within the electronic security and converged technology solutions market. This strategic role will shape and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy, drive profitable revenue growth, and build lasting relationships with Fortune 500 clients—all while exceeding ambitious sales targets. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aligned with organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Drive revenue growth by managing the sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor to drive success and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with go-to-market strategies and organizational objectives.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, report on performance, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Provide strategic coaching during customer meetings and support capture management for high-value deals.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets, managing expenses within approved limits.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to ensure a robust and diverse pipeline that meets sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in in business, marketing or related field
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of security sales experience with access control, video systems, and identity management solutions
  • Minimum of five (5) years of sales management experience
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets with a customer-focused mindset
  • Influential leader with proven success in driving change, hiring top sales talent, and building high-performing teams through effective performance management, coaching, and development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
  • Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to sales, utilizing metrics and insights from Salesforce.com reporting
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to develop and manage sales budgets
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and avid networker with a desire to attend industry events
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing key sales activities such as negotiations, account and project capture management, prospecting, strategic selling, proposal development, estimating, presentations and public speaking
  • Dedication to high-quality customer service delivery and integrity through proven client and customer relationships
  • Proficient in web-based applications (i.e., salesforce.com), and programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), to effectively edit and create reports, database entries and presentation materials

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study
  • Formal sales training on strategic consultative selling techniques

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Base salary range: $160,000 to $180,000 (based on skills, qualifications, and relevant experience), annual bonus
  • Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance
  • Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
  • Executive flex time off plan
