Allied Universal is looking to hire a Site Manager and National Account Manager. The Site Manager is accountable for day-to-day operations of an assigned account, including hiring, training, disciplining and terminating staff. Build, improve and maintain relationships with clients and employees: develop & retain staff; coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively run the account. Meet or exceed financial & operational goals; provide quality customer service. Maintains or oversees maintenance of weekly operating schedules and completion of payroll for assigned security personnel. Provides after-hour emergency response as required. To support and ensure success in this role, we provide a comprehensive, week-long management onboarding course designed to provide best practices, tools and guidance. As National Account Manager, this position will serve as the main liaison between the client site Global Security and Allied Universal for security officer contract matters and other services offered by Allied Universal.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional
  • Provide oversight, strategic direction and innovation in the management of Supplier provided security services across all client sites.
  • Function as the initial point of contact to address and resolve Supplier related service issues at all client sites supported.
  • Act as the Security Site Leader for the client
  • Promote security assurance by establishing relationships with key stakeholders and 3rd party
  • Oversee compliance of Allied Universal Personnel with client site policies, procedures and
  • Develop strategic plan for providing best in class security services and personnel to the site including, but not limited to, the following:
    • Staffing and Attrition Plan
    • Common standard operating procedures
    • Onboarding and continued Security training program
  • Document and Maintain Post Orders and ensure all security officer personnel are familiar and trained on them on a yearly basis.
  • Conduct security incident investigations and report findings to Global Security Personnel
  • Ensure service at sites is consistent with the client site service
  • Monitor and report progress of goals and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Establish a dashboard for all sites showing open hours, incidents and other items to be finalized.
  • Facilitate sharing and implementation of best practices across the client
  • Participate in the selection, orientation, development and retention of field
  • Conduct compliance and risk assessments at client sites to identify gaps and
  • Provide security support for selected offsite special events and high-risk separations at the
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to deal with and communicate with high level site executives and their administrative assistants.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 10 years work
  • Ten years of progressively responsible experience in security or related industry.
  • Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Understand Use of Force policies and be able to train security officers on the use of force continuum.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Skills to formulate action plans for process improvement
