Job Description

Allied Universal® is hiring a Finance Operations Analyst. The Finance Operations Analyst must demonstrate an ability to communicate both written and orally at a professional level and must demonstrate an ability to proactively make decisions, multi-task, and operate under tight time constraints. The Finance Operations Analyst position requires a broad geopolitical awareness, working knowledge of global events, and experience with global geography/cultures. The individual must work closely with team members and the wider business to understand information requirements.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support global financial plans, events and special requests for the Client
  • Track and process invoices for vendors, reconcile final bills, and oversee budget workups and recaps as well as track all in Ariba as needed for accuracy and payment
  • Manage global budget for the client’s multiple programs under the Corporate Security Business Unit
  • Serve as finance support for global budgets, including compiling, and analyzing all financial information
  • Support In the completion of budgetary forecasting based on previous year’s financial information and future projections
  • Special programs - tracking of billing. planning and implementation
  • Assist in preparation and analysis of annual budgets and long-range financial plans/projections
  • Review, track, and process global PO requests ensuring purchases are within budget
  • Maintain quarterly variance
  • Review and verify accuracy of financial and contract paperwork and processes
  • Create & maintain budget templates
  • Using multiple open-source intelligence sites, monitor global events and use critical thinking to identify whether action is needed to protect customer assets
  • Utilize the crisis communication process to quickly inform/respond to events that may impact customer assets, and continually monitor these situations to provide updates to the appropriate leadership
  • Conduct research, assessment, and analysis to produce in-depth reports to support a variety of customer operations and help mitigate natural and man-made threats against customer assets worldwide
  • Peer review work products, evaluating relevance, grammar, spelling, and overall content
  • Construct routine security briefs/reports on a wide variety of topics
  • Identify and report on existing and emerging security threats where the client conducts business
  • Monitor incidents of civil unrest, natural hazards, geopolitics, and crime
  • Generate professional and easy to interpret reports based on collected data
  • Maintain awareness/knowledge of the current international climate, specifically where it affects our customer
  • Provide key insight to stakeholders
  • Be the analytical focal point for the company’s security intelligence gathering processes
  • Take initiative to innovate new products and reports to address vulnerabilities and threats as well as streamlining processes
  • Support the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and the rest of Security Services as needed
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
  • No prior work history required
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in an environment where there is an expectation for constant learning

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree in Intelligence

Pay Rate: $42.50 / hour
