Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Protection Manager. The Site Protection Manager is accountable for the day-to-day operations of an assigned customer site, including hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating staff. Build, improve and maintain relationships with clients and employees: develop & retain staff; coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively keep the site safe and secure. Meet or exceed service level agreement & operational goals; provide quality customer service. Maintain or oversee the maintenance of weekly operating schedules and completion of payroll for assigned security personnel. Provides after-hour emergency response as required.
