PeopleMark®, an Allied Universal Company, is looking to hire a Professional Recruiter. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Generate a pipeline of professional candidates that can be effectively marketed to prospective clients
  • Market the company’s temporary, temp to hire, and direct hire professional services through sales calls, sales appointments and networking events
  • Develop and maintain key relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate manual and CRM automated records to ensure candidate records are maintained
  • Build and nurture both a sales and recruitment culture in the branch
  • Network within community relationships, attend (minimum one per month) and get actively involved in industry staffing associations (SHRM, ASA, etc.)
  • Understanding company operations
  • Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators  

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A true hunter that enjoys developing relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a successful match
  • Proven success in achieving successful placements
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to travel throughout all areas of the territory
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use both hands, is frequently required to stand, sit, stoop, talk and hear (communicate verbally in person and via telephone), and be able to read computer screen, correspondence and reports.   
  • Must be proficient and fully functional in Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology including Smart Phones, Outlook and Internet applications.
  • Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion. Must have proven ability to maintain correspondence, discussions and materials in strictest confidence. 
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization while functioning as a team player.
