Allied Universal® is hiring a Nuclear ISFSI Assistant Project Manager - Armed. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for the physical protection of nuclear Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) facilities against intrusion and acts of sabotage and provides supervision and oversight for all on-site security personnel while ensuring the ISFSI is properly staffed. The Assistant Project Manager validates and oversees training and performs as the primary AUS contractor representative on site and point of contact in the absence of the Project Manager. To support and ensure success in this role, we provide a comprehensive, week-long management onboarding course designed to provide best practices, tools and guidance.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, client and AUS/RSS policies, procedures, and directives
  • Assess alarms, investigate, and report suspicious activities and/or circumstances
  • Identify safety and/or fire hazards and make recommendations for improvement

COMPENSATION-$59.32/hour

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid state driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary state or federal licensing requirements
  • Prior work experience with the supervision and administration of nuclear/ISFSI security
