Job Description

Starting Salary: $52,000 / year with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and life insurance.

 

Must have 3+ years of security or security systems experience. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma. Associate's degree preferred.

 

Ideal candidates are comfortable with technology, Microsoft Office, have good communication skills, and have a passion for providing good customer service.

Allied Universal® is hiring a Client Services Project Support Manager. The Client Services Project Support Manager is primarily responsible for providing project, administration, and technical writing support for the client’s security programs, which include communications, governance, globalization, compliance, operational accountability, and strategic planning.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and support ongoing client projects as assigned, and assist with implementation where necessary
  • Project management; manage implementation of new and upgraded badging systems; coordinate with internal groups, communicate statement of work, obtain budget approvals, hold vendors accountable for meeting deadlines, liaise between vendor and customer and negotiate deadlines; oversee quality assurance and schedule inspections; provide expert-level recommendations on continued use of vendors; recommend other vendors for performing service; coordinate calls for reporting status updates; determine when project deadlines are in jeopardy and escalate to customer
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior client management on the status of projects and other support activities, including project status, remediation efforts, and key metrics
  • Review data and information generated by projects and functions and prepare information materials for briefing and review sessions; preparation may include data entry, report creation, programming, audits, and budget support
  • Conduct special projects that can include statistical gatherings and analysis, support of quality control programs, marketing and other administrative projects as needed (reiteration of above)
  • Provide support researching various topics to compile background information, reports and metrics relating to projects supported- identify vendors – access and materials requirements
  • Create and format formal communications, status reports, Power Point presentations, spreadsheets, and other necessary documents

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in project administrative support and/or management
  • Work history demonstrating each of the following:
    • Strong business writing skills
    • Advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Office applications (especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
    • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change
    • Ability to work independently with minimum oversight
  • Ability to work successfully across a diverse group of people
  • Basic journalism skills with the ability to deliver content across multiple platforms
  • Proofreading and editorial skills
  • Ability to work and resolve issues remotely with minimal supervision
  • Ability to drive projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, problem solve and find creative solutions
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to function effectively in high pressure situations
  • Self-motivated and forward thinking

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Experience in executing group projects with international client partners and team members
  • College degree in Business, Project Management, or other administrative management field
