Job Description

Allied Universal is looking for a Stategic Accounts Portfolio Manager to oversee and direct the security program at all assigned portfolios ensuring contract compliance and the development of a relationships with Allied Universal client contacts. This position serves as a liaison for regional and local Allied Universal branch offices to help ensure all operational, financial and administrative functions for assigned accounts. 

 

This is a remote position supporting multiple clients accross the US.

Pay Rate: $65,000-$88,000 per year

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the implementation and standardization of operational processes to ensure contract compliance, efficiency, and service excellence across multiple sites.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders through regular in-person and virtual engagements. 

  • Work with all levels of the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Identify and present industry best practices to all teams in all locations
  • Lead quarterly and annual client business reviews, preparing and delivering customized PowerPoint presentations that highlight performance and strategic initiatives.

  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide strategic guidance to internal teams, supporting the delivery of service improvement initiatives and surge responses.

  • Analyze operational metrics and KPIs using business intelligence tools to identify trends, drive performance improvements, and support decision-making.

  • Manage full P&L responsibilities including budgeting, revenue growth, profitability, and expense control; develop and execute strategies to meet financial targets.

  • Conduct compliance audits, physical security assessments, and penetration testing; provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance service delivery.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations leadership on contract renewals, rebids, and client retention strategies.

  • The position requires 50% domestic travel to client locations as well as other Allied Universal offices weekly.
  • Active participation in industry specific professional organizations such as ASIS
  • Work with all levels of the organization to identify, analyze and solve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of security management experience
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Responds promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups effectively.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Criminal Justice
