Allied Universal® is hiring a Operations Data Administrative Specialist. The Operations Data Administrative Specialist will support the Global Data and Compliance Manager with administrative management tasks associated with operations and quality assurance of a designated portfolio. The Operations Data Administrative Specialist is responsible for strengthening procedural mechanisms of the fleet associated with client services as well as promote administration guidelines and compliance deliverables involving independent assigned client sites with AUS fleet.
Salary: $60,000 / Year
RESPONSIBILITIES:
GENERAL PURPOSE AND FUNCTION:
The Operations Specialist is responsible for a multitude of security operations functions. The position supports primarily investigations at the client site to include trend tracking, metrics, data collection / analysis, and interviews.
The position supports emergency response, dignitary visits, and other functions of security in support of the client. This role will require the chosen individual to maintain flexible schedules, and will require the individual to be on call during nights & weekends as business needs arise, and work with minimal or no supervision for extended periods of time.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS A CANDIDATE MUST HAVE IN ORDER TO BE HIRED:
Formal Education, Licenses and Certifications Required:
• Must be able to pass any state required training or other qualifications for licensing
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:
• Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in security, law enforcement, or other protective
service related field
• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory/management experience
• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience conducting complex investigations and utilizing risk mitigation tactics and strategies
• Experience with OSINT, OSINT related tools, platforms, and services
OTHER RELATED ATTRIBUTES THAT WOULD ENHANCE HIRING CONSIDERATION:
• Associate’s Degree in criminal justice, science, or statistical discipline
• Prior experience as a security/law enforcement intelligence analyst or detective
