Allied Universal is hiring for a Security Training Manager at Davis Besse Nuclear Power Plant!
The Security Training Manager ensures that the security protection services provided at any nuclear facility meets or exceed requirements set forth in policy, contracts, and applicable laws through the required Technical and Qualification training program. This position develops and maintains training practices to foster a Safety Conscious Work Environment (SCWE). The position is responsible to for developing training materials, conducting training, and maintaining documentation to ensure that security personnel are properly trained and qualified for the job tasks they perform. The Training Coordinator/Manager manages the drill and exercise programs to ensure they meet regulatory compliance. In addition to training requirements, the position may track and ensure that security personnel are current in all job qualifications and/or certifications. The Training Coordinator/Manager supervises training instructors and staff to ensure that they are qualified and are conducting training tasks according to policy and procedures. This position assists with hiring and promotion processes.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary is up to $96158.00 annually, depending on experience.
