Job Description

Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Security Access Control Coordinator (ACC). The ACC facilitates site, team and personnel access to the Data Center. They will also assist with problem solving access requests to ensure business functionality.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Support and facilitate timely approval of all access requests within the Data Center
  • Assist SOM to conduct monthly key audit and Traka clearances
  • Provides documented updates and feedback to the SOM regarding access control improvements and/or concerns
  • Must maintain a strong understanding of access control policies/procedures, vendor onboarding processes and access management resources
  • Review badging request - Task System and the Omega tool
  • Conduct access management oversight and instruction for lobby officers
  • Host site level access management training for the site team
  • Attend applicable construction/MOP meetings to provide input on access
  • Complete/update door/Traka Access control lists for new buildings if applicable
  • Coordinate with other DC ACC's to provide support/guidance if required
  • Uniformed security personnel as per global standards

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

 

  • Possess a high school diploma
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in law enforcement, military, or similar field of work
  • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites

Pay Rate: $33.42 / hr
